BA in English

A minimum of 128 credits is required for graduation with a BA in English.

For English proficiency, students enrolled in 2011-2013 school year and beyond must meet one of following criteria to be awarded the degree:

1. General English Proficiency Test (GEPT): High-Intermediate

2. TOEFL iBT: 64-73

3. Other equivalent English tests (NDHU Language Center can provide the assessment.)

MA in English Literature

• the Literature/Media Program:A minimum of 33 credits, including 15 credits of compulsory courses and 18 of optional courses.
• the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages Program:A minimum of 36 credits, including 18 credits of compulsory courses and 18 of optional courses.
